MindShift Digitals ("we", "us", "our") operates the Magnetic app ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a display name (optional).
User Content: Journal entries, worksheet responses, revision exercises, custom visualization scripts, and other content you create within the App.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage data such as which features you use, challenge progress, and streak information to improve the App experience.
Subscription Data: Apple handles all payment processing. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not have access to your payment details.
We do NOT:
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud platform with industry-standard encryption. Data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Some data (such as challenge completions and preferences) is also cached locally on your device for offline access.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
