By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Magnetic is a personal development and manifestation journal app. The App provides guided challenges, journaling tools, guided sleep visualization scripts, revision exercises, and related content based on the teachings of Neville Goddard.
The App is intended for personal growth and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.
The App offers a monthly auto-renewable subscription ("Premium") that unlocks additional content and features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including journal entries, scripts, and revisions. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not share, sell, or use your personal content for any purpose other than delivering the App's functionality.

All content provided within the App, including but not limited to challenges, scripts, lessons, and design elements, is the property of MindShift Digitals and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The content in this App is for informational and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MindShift Digitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
